This TimberTech Evolutions deck in Brownstone was originally built by Breyer Construction in 2008, and the original completion is shown below. We recently upgraded it as shown with custom built-in benches modified from original design, finished roof overhead with ceiling fan, and LED lighting. The railing is TimberTech Radiance Rail in Traditional Walnut with a new section added. This also demonstrates how great decking materials like Evolutions stay looking new when properly maintained.
