For this particular “deck give-away”, the winner already had a deck and did not want to completely remove it. So Breyer Construction used the existing deck and built a second level and replaced all of the railings on the main deck with MoistureShield to match the new MoistureShield deck. This allowed us to extend the families living space as well as repurpose the existing deck.
