Breyer Construction & Landscape has been named one of the top 60 construction remodelers nationwide in customer satisfaction, according to an independent survey commissioned by QualitfiedRemodeler magazine. In addition, we are one of only three in Pennsylvania to achieve the designation.
The survey was sent to thousands of customers who rated their remodelers on such qualities as cleanliness and safety, work done right, and communication. We thank 127 of our customers who participated in the survey and gave us the following high marks: 100% recommend in 2016 and 92.88% all-time recommend rate.
The rating is especially meaningful because customer satisfaction is what we strive for and what we believe sets us apart. A key to customer satisfaction is effective communication, and that’s one of our top priorities.
We know that when people are thinking about adding an outdoor deck or creating a mudroom to make their home more fun and efficient, they may not know all of their options. That’s where good communication starts. And through the construction project, we constantly check in with the client to answer any questions and resolve any issues that may come up.
