To help put your mind at ease, we offer a Limited Warranty on our work. But our promise goes beyond that. We want to be your first call for future projects, and we want you telling others how satisfied you are. To accomplish that, we promise to do everything we can to earn your trust and complete satisfaction.
Matt is a man of his word. After completion of our deck, it was discovered that Breyer was given a piece a material to support the deck that did not meet their standards. Matt was quick to respond and effectively fixed the problem. Because Matt was so responsive and professional, we will be looking to his expertise to help us with landscaping needs. When Breyer says 100% satisfaction guaranteed—they mean it!
Our Limited Warranty
This Limited Workmanship Warranty is between Breyer Construction & Landscape, LLC. (BC&L) and the original purchaser.
Our liability is limited to BC&L’s labor on the project, excluding materials. Some materials may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which may supersede or enhance BC&L warranty coverage.
If the structure of the project is compromised due to our workmanship, BC&L, at its sole discretion, will repair or rebuild the damaged elements free of charge, for a period of two years from project completion date.
This warranty does not cover any third-party damage, “Acts of God” or damages that result from owner’s neglect or intentional acts.
It is the owner’s responsibility to have their homes (including decks, roofs, and patios, and railings) professionally inspected, cleaned, and maintained yearly. To assist, we offer Maintenance Contracts which includes a professional inspection and extends our Limited Warranty for as long as the Maintenance Contract is in effect.
